and make sure your breath can flow freely.
Every word has different meanings for different people. If a word or an association doesn’t fit you perfectly, then translate it in a way that makes sense for you.
Go as deeply into your body awareness as it feels easy and comfortable for you,
it is ideal if you repeat the meditation a few days in a row,
so that the inner perception can tune into the subtle fluid level of perception.
